The problem is, if you go to a mall and see a 13 year old girl (sometimes) or a 16 year old girl (very often) who look much older is it wrong or criminal for a man to find them sexy? Until theres a relationship between them, its not really criminal.
Also, can we blame little april cause she looks young? Should she be barred from working in the industry until she gets some wrinkles and starts to sag.
