Damn I feel old, Im only 25 but here Im ranting about MTV and shit (i know most here hate MTV as well..)
Im sitting down eating my lunch at 1:30pm EST, flipping the channels, I say to thyself, 'i wonder whats on mtv?'.... I never really watch MTV unless Im flipping channels, I might catch 5 minutes of it every other blue moon.
So I see this reality show is on, 'sorority life'... first thing i see is some bitch downing shot after shot, saying 'im gonna get hammered', and then talking about 'no im not gonna get naked like last time', in reply to one of her friends. Theres only this one girl, the rest are guys (about 4), and they are hanging out celebrating her bf's birthday or some shit. Every shot you see of her boyfriend, the kid seems like he's chain smoking ciggs. Some lanky mofo with a striped shirt that talked mad doofy and slow. Annoying. Later on it ends with the bitch talking about how she fucked her bf later that night cuz it was his birthday, but she dont really wanna be with him, its her first love and hard to break up from or some bs.
ok, now WTF.
I would say MTV's demographics are 12 - 25... well, i dont know about up to 25, but my beef is, why the fuck would they be airing some shit like this in the afternoon, when most kids are getting out of school. If anything they should air a bunch of college peeps getting drunk and smoking and whatnot later in the night, - but at fucking 1 in the afternoon?
