I've always wondered why fisting is considered obscene. Seems odd to me, if a chick can fit a hand in her cooch, what difference does it make? And why do politicians think about such stupid shit?
Anything and everything can be deemed "obscene" at any point.
All you need is the right DA with a hair up his/her ass, in the right city/county and you're fucked.
Sure you might be able to appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court but most people on this board don't have the kind of funds needed to withstand such a legal barrage.
When Seymore Butts was recently interviewed on the Ron Stewart show, he said that he won his case against the government involving one of his *fisting* videos. The problem is that the case took place in California. If he dares to sell the video in other states, they could easily sue him again in those states where fisting is illegal.
I think it pays to specialize in internet law these days because the only people who are making money are the attorneys.
People who think they are better than you want to control you....
control you by taking away your freedoms, imposing their view of the world on you, or cutting your head off on tape....

Indeed!! But if you were to say that to them, they'd just not listen because you don't "believe". So you're going to hell. I guess you just can't win with them... LOL
I've had this conversation with so many religious people, and it's like talking to a brick wall.
