    DUMB ASS 10/2003



    Michael Cleveland, proprietor of Top Notch Electronics at 2508 Fayetteville Street in Durham, was charged by Sergeant Thorpe of the Investigations Division of this Office on August 27th with the intent to cheat and defraud a citizen of Orange County by taking her television for repair. Mr. Cleveland told her he would repair her TV when he fact he took it with no intent to return it.
