Quality Does Matter!
If you can get a deal at Jupiter Id jump on it fast.
Get in with an angle like with the BP4L and get a deal.
But IS Prime is a good second choice. If you are "stuck" there I wouldnt be to depressed. They are good people.
Like I said im not a sales guy for a hosting company. UnBiased.
Im a webmaster. Im gunna be shootin the straight shit with ya.
Im in a position where I can tell ya yeah you got a good deal elsewhere or whatever.. No sales guy will tell ya that.
