How long does it take to see some money from recurring sponsors?

I have 1 sponsor that I've been pushing and doing about 140 or so sales a month with them, for about 10 months now, and I'm barely breaking $2,500/mo from them.

At this point I thought I'd be doing at least double that.

is that normal or should I switch to someone new?

it's a 45/65 split but I dont get charged for chargebacks, credit card processing or returns.

Probably your program offers trials and only a small percentage converts to full membership...

provided they are retaining you should make more money using revshare.

i'd talk to them about it..but if you are not making money..i guess it is time to evaluate...try someone new

yeah, it's *loaded* with content. I think it's a great site. They been around for a while.

I just dont know if it takes a lot longer to be seeing more money or if the surfers just aren't sticking around.

On a $35 pps you'd make almost $5k a month....

So it sounds like each join is worth about $17 which isnt good.

What's the program?

See to be successful in recurring there has to be a few things

1) must be a niche site, BBW, Fetish, Shemale etc
2) Must have real weekly updates (not some lame gallery)
3) Must deliver to the surfer what you prommised in the tour

Run the math. Compare the number of signups you sent them each month with the amount they paid out. Figure out how your members are retaining. It sounds like either they're not charging much for a membership or they're retaining poorly.

Whoa!!! That is not good.

140 a month with us and you'd be making that just from sales alone (no trials on our sites).

We retain for 4.3 months average across the board, so you would be making (conservatively) $7500 month in our program..

We have 100% exclusive and original content and we shoot new models and update weekly.

I have a webmaster who sends 25 per week, and has for about 6 months and he makes a LOT more than your figures.

There are other games in town - look to move.

Spread some of your traffic around and find out what works for you and then base your decisions on that, because if you are making less on revshare than on PPS there is something very wrong.

Most programs will work with you. If you are sending 140 sales a month, 1) they should give you a much higher percentage, and 2) be able to customize a tour or join page for you. Send them an e-mail, explain the situation, and ask what they can do for you. They should easily be able to offer a tour with only recurring options. Heck, if an affiliate of mine wanted a tour with only my 6 month option, I would do that for them :-)
