and because lensman makes money on top banner spots, they wont be banned.
however if its not a top banner they should be disallowed

Maybe allowing sound banners will make the total number of banners actually shown and clicked will go down (since ppl will turn of sigs to ger rid of em, alt. disabling flash). That should be enough for Lensman to ban em? ;]Comment
