imagine this scenario. you walk into a room with 100 people. your goal is to immediately get as many of them to like you and pay attention to you as possible.
so what do you do? you walk up to somebody bigger than you... anybody, kick them in the nuts and call them a cocksucker.
when you're done getting your ass kicked half the people come up to you and tell you that they agree, and that that guy really is an asshole. now half the people in the room are your friends, and the other half might hate you.. but they sure as fuck know that you mean business.

Hooper's sig contains 3 little sig buttons, each measuring 88x32px.
88*32 = 2816 px
2816 * 3 = 8448 px total for all three buttons.
A regular 120 x 60 banner contains 7200 pixels.
A regular 480x60 banner contains 28800 pixels, a 480x70 banner 33600.
Now, does Hooper pay for a spot up top? If so, his sig should be legal, if not, then it is too big. I remember Lensman saying that buttons might have different sizes, only if they didn't exceed the pixel count of a 120 banner.
