Insite adult has MAJOR problems with their payouts. Send an IM to Bob at screen name "ToyZilla", he will take care of you.

I really wish they'd get their act together. The rest of their program is GREAT - but none of that matters if you dont get paid.

They're also taking huge legal risks with their company when they do this.

Some people over there need to get fired, or they should hire another company to handle sending the checks.

thats a crock of shit. i've been chasing them for money dating back almost 9 months now and all i heard was "you'll receive an answer about how we're going about payment schedules early september"

it's now almost october, no word from them, emails, when actually replied to, "we're working on it"

they need to just go out of business, obviously they dont know what the fuck theyre doing. 2 blind men with no arms and broken calculators could run their accounting department better then the shaved chimps they have now

They just hold out till you take it to the forums.

Now you won't get paid as per their TOS.

HINT: Anybody with a decent legal mind (a lawyer perhaps) could fix that problem. But it probably isn't worth it.

no ... unfortunately it probably isn't. or ... all of us who have been termed and lost money could always file a claim in small claims court in our local area. if they don't respond --they loose by default IIRC. double damages are awarded. if they still don't pay you could always turn them over to a collection agency. even if the collection agency takes most of the money for their fees --your still not really out anything. then you could always go the route of contacting the better business bureau and chamber of commerce in georgia. file complaints. Insite Investments Atlanta, GA. you could always have an attorney look over the "new and improved" TOS that they slipped in on people and see if it holds water.

hate to say it, but the damage they're doing by having it mentioned on a well trafficed webmaster board that they're slow paying people, aren't paying people or are just terming accounts because an affiliate even mentions their name is going to get them lots of new webmasters banging on their door wanting to sign up. maybe Insite might want to get a hold of KB to work some "magic" and see if some damage control can be done ...

bottom line: you want a free e-mail type program and sponsor that works AND pays AND takes care of it's webmaster when there's a problem --go with WEG

I believe their TOS forbids webmasters from talking about them on boards. That term alone would make me not consider doing business with them.

Solid operation, good people, and a general willingness to work with webmasters makes them the number one e-mail program around. CE shouldn't be left out either -- both are top notch programs.

<chuckle> i didn't leave out CE for any "bad reasons". they've worked with me on a few things too. FM, Rowdy and the rest of the gang over there are always willing to talk about questions you have, or things you might want to try. i just ... can't get `em to convert worth a crap.

like i mentioned in the post that started this whole little insite adult fiasco for me --the one and ONLY time i ever had a problem with WEG one (1) e-mail to Jeff got it taken care of ( with pretty much only my e-mail address. no account number or anything else ... ) and i'd bet the check really DID go out the next day. it's service of that caliber that gets and keeps webmasters promoting your program and making money for both parties ...

maybe. or maybe you stay with the big programs with a good reputation ( and actually ANSWER things posted on boards instead of terminating affiliates who do ... ). between Glo-Bill and now this with insite --it's pretty much made me leery of small programs ( no offence to y`all who run them BTW ).
