    Israel Reportedly Considering Attacking Iran

    Israeli military leaders are considering an assault operation to destroy Iran's suspected nuclear weapons program, a report said Friday.

    Israel's chief of staff, alarmed by the failure of the international community to move against Iran, has warned that Israel would consider unilateral action to stop the nightmare scenario of Teheran's development of nuclear weapons.

                      If Israel had not destroyed Iraq's Nuclear reactor (built by the French) Saddam would have had a bomb or two by 1990. Sometimes you need to do what you need to do to protect yourself. Ask King George.

                                  What's so wrong with Iraq having The Bomb? It would have made the war a much fairer fight. So far it's just looked like playground bullying. With missiles.

                                      Nothing at at all unless you are a Shite Muslim, Kurd, Iran, Kuwait or Israel. Guess you and I should just be happy it provided jobs in France to build the reactor.

                                                      I think it's just a threat/warning... Israel has shown from it's past actions that they tend to take action rather than talk about it... I think if they were planning on attacking Iran we wouldn't read about it intill it had allready happened.
