It's not a "

called a BHO (Browser Helper Object).
For one, it's not some mysterious floating power-code that holds
the Internet under it's thumb, it's an ActiveX action and it's not
possible to get it on your system unless you ignored the Microsoft
security warning popup when you landed on the page that tries
to install the BHO.
You clicked "Yes" to "Trust" on the security warning popup and
you
installed it on yourself. In the future pay more attention the security
warning popup...Microsoft is trying to save you from that shit.
To kill your BHO you need
CWShredder. Pump that keyword in
Google and you'll see the link to Merijn's site and you can download
CWShredder free. Pay attention to it's interface, it has the ability to
update so check for an update before you run the "Fix" button.
