As a sponsor I can't understand how other sponsors can let things get to this point.
And so many seem to just not care.
Many play an "ignore it and it will go away" game.
It shits me because I started at the bottom and got ripped along the way as well, so I do unto our affiliates as I wish had been done by me.
Respect, information, communication.
It ain't brain surgery.
We NEVER play any other way.
