There would be damages, I know I do not want to work with anyone that had anything to do with that kind of garabage. I am still waiting for an answer from Paolo and doing some research myself.

I pulled out before anyone else did becasue it was an MLM/ ponzi scheme in my opinion
I also can tell you I lost money on it- and many others made money on it.
The minute anything starts to stink - I am the first to distance myself from it and cry foul.
