AQ wasn't running around Iraq chopping off people's heads before. Osama didn't even like the secular Saddam.

As the war was never about WMDs, wasn't about caring for the Iraqi people (if it was, than why all the cries to nuke them?), what was it for?

To remove Saddam and make the world a safer place? Is it a safer place now - with AQ running loose in Iraq and prison photos which can be used as anti-American propaganda? Did an inept invasion that made sure to guard the oilfields but can't give Iraqis security win any Arabs to our side?
