I just had a surfer chargeback 2 months of recurring, I've had the site up for almost a year and have only had 2 chargebacks in that time, I called Vertrol and asked them if they could blacklist his cc so that his couldn't sign up again, they told me that I have to wait for him to sign up again then they will refund him and blacklist him!
Why even wait for him to sign up again? Next time it may not be my site but somebody elses! I think his cc should be blacklisted on the whole system so that he can't sign up again!
It's obvious that Visa isn't going to deny them but I think processors can be doing alot more to put a stop to alot of the chargebacks that we are getting
