Almost every major affiliate program is run by women, same for billing companies, hosting companies, etc.
Most of us have been in the biz for well over 5 years
Ban the idiots who are just come to the shows to get drunk, high or laid vs. doing business.

Its a business not a fucking lifestyle. When people start getting over the "Big Dick Syndrome" and/or "I can't get laid so I do porn" then we might actually get to do business at a business conference.
