but it is said that the pill is only 97% effective... I dont want to be one in that 3%

I do the exact same thing. Only way to be safe from pregnancy is abstain. But who wants to do that

If you can't support a child in your life right now then don't stop using condoms.

I have had 2 friends who are that "1-3%". Enough to scare me into double protection. It feels NOTHING like without a condom, but I'll make due until I can support a child properly.

You *do* know vascectomy's can fix themselves within the next three months or so, right? You still have to use condoms and/or the pill during that time.
