Many TGP's won't allow pop-ups at all on the main site...
Many won't allow sponsors that have too many exits either...
It's basically up to the TGP owners themselves.
If you want to use a FREE autosubmitter that allows you to define what TGP's to submit to multiple TGP's based on criteria like allowing pop-ups and other stuff that you define, you should give
TGP Wizards a test run.
