My Landlord.....

my landlord is such an ass.....
he always enter the house yelling at me
LYNCH.....LYNCH....LYNCH!!!!!
but this morning he just cross the line......
he enter the house without knocking and he fuckin' enter MY ROOM without knocking.....
i was sleeping with my girfriend....
we were NAKED......!!!!!

so.....what should i do.... kill him ??

In most places I've lived, it's against the law for a landlord to enter the premises without either:

a) You invite him into the place

OR

b) He gives you 24 hours written notice that he will be entering the premises.

I don't know where you live, but you might wanna learn more about tenancy laws in your country/state

I heard a story recently from an aquaintence... two guy roomates were renting a two bedroom apt, one of them was out of town and the other one got up for work, went to the bathroom and his landlord was in the BATHTUB!!!

If he felt it was an emergency situation he is allowed to enter. He does not have to be right about the emrgency either but he would need probable cause.

Had a landlord that came into my place when he wanted to, once I came home and the motherfucker was sitting in my kitchen eating my grub.

I went totally mental and deducted the food costs out of my rent check that month. Last time the fucker did that shit.

In the end, just move out and get your own pad.
