    Say this gets settled. Say Amp gets paid.

    What happens next week when someone sees another stolen design in Brad's program?

    Don't you see the shit that this attracts.

    Does this allow brad to go rip off as many designs as he wants, and when the owner comes-a-knocking, simply offer to pay then?

Duane never pays Amp for the car, and Brad realises, oh shit.. this car is stolen. Brad offers to pay Amp for the car, having already lost a bunch of money to Duane. Amp declines, and says he'll get the money that Duane owes him. That means Amp ends up with the cash he is entitled to. Brad gets the designs he paid for. Duane ends up with nothing.

Amp declines, and says he'll get the money that Duane owes him. That means Amp ends up with the cash he is entitled to. Brad gets the designs he paid for. Duane ends up with nothing.

                                                                                                                                                                                    If Amp couldn't have collected from Duane, he should have invoiced Brad, <B><i>privately</i></B>. Then it would be up to Brad to collect from Duane to get his 6 grand back. Problem solved.

                                                                                                                                                                                                No, he specifically discussed the matter with Amp before launching the program where he was supposedly (not yet disputed) led to believe that everything was ok since he wasnt the one who actually ripped Amp off. He has made attempts to compensate designers, and no one who has come to him regarding this matter, requesting payment, has been denied as far as I can tell.
