In the thread referenced, Brad listed off all of the sites/designs he had purchased and asked the designers of those sites to step forward so he could pay them. If Amp wanted his money, right there was the opportunity to get it.
Now nearly a year later Amp is crying foul? Better yet, Amp is having Lensman cry foul rather than doing it himself?

I also made efforts and found and subsequently spoke to the different designers, none of which considered Duane's debt to be transcended to me and all of the understood that I was going to use the sites eventually.
Like I've said above, if Amp now would like me to pay him for any of the work that Duane didn't pay him for OK - just let me know man. It was always that simple.

There are few people in this industry who can match Brad Mitchell in his level of integrity and professionalism.
I'm quite confident that when Amp responds to Brad's repeated offers to communicate; things will be resolved to the satisfation of both parties.
It's a crappy situation all around, and neither position is an enviable one. The only solution though is for both sides to agree to work it out, rather than the current lynching that's happening here tonight.Comment
