Interesting Office Chat Today...

If you were given 1 million dollars and were told that if you spend the full 1 million within 24 hours you would also be given another 1 million to keep what would you blow the cash on?

The deal is though, you have to spend the money on something animate, meaning you couldnt blow a mill to have a bunch of hookers blow you ;)

You must have something to show for the money at the end of 24 hours and any and all purchases MUST be finalized within the 24 hours alotted.

We had a few good suggestions like buying a house or two but that would take longer than 24 hours in all likelyhood to finalize the sale, same deal with cars unless you went to a used car dealership, even then you might have issues in respect of licensing etc.

So what would you blow 1 million on in order to be given a further 1 mill that you get to keep.

Yeah but you need to have something pyhsical in your hands within the 24 hour time limit, im guessing stock certs would do though as that wasnt stipulated during the office convo we all had haha.

Could you really buy 1 mill in stocks and get it finalized within 24 hours though? Kinda makes you wonder why there is so much fraud in the money markets if that is the case

Exactly, there are plenty of exotic auto places in the city. Dezerland, just go in there buy a bugatti, a lambo, and a lil something something on the side and you should be squared away on that 1million. And for a little extra they will deliver it same day to where ever. Not very difficult.

Yeah gold / Diamonds were the only things we could really come up with that could almost be guaranteed a sale finalization within 24 hours.

Theres gotta be more shit though.

As for cars, well yeah they can be bought but how soon could you have one delivered? It usually takes a dealership a month or two to deliver brand new cars at least, specialized cars would prolly take the same if not a little longer.

Cars depreciate in value quickly, plus they're cumbersome to deal with, you'd have to buy at least 4 high end cars probably just to get to $1 million, plus there are licensing and registration issues.

Jewels or precious metals are the way to go IMO.
