totally true.... I did some telemarketing part-time when I was in law school. Closed 1 out of 7 calls on average. Folks hate telemarketers, but they buy from them none the less.Comment

we can't legislate away all advertising mediums because people are grumpy about how our economy works...
IF you want a peaceful, quiet country to live in, try some of the 3rd world countries out, they don't have much spam or many telemarketers or direct mailers...
