                      Well I beleive this is due a short fall in sales of US bonds to Japan and such nations.

                      Theres a good chance you owe all this money to arms companies for all the crap being dumped on Iraq. While on the subject of Iraq Britain and the USA have an obligation to these people to fix the country back up as they have trashed the place.
