    I need a real scary C&D, who got one?

    I have this asshole selling one of my scripts in violation of the terms I gave him when he bought rights to it. This is the second time he has done this in the past year. Ive been arguing back n forth with this guy who cant fucking understand the limitations of sale - so I told him his rights to resale are terminated since he violated the agreement. He thinks he didnt violate anything.

    I have limitations on the minimum sale price, which say he cannot sell the script lower the $199 publicly, but private, non-publicly advertised sales are permitted for lower.... well I caught him on eBay selling it at $99, with 'NR' in the auction title. He comes with the bullshit excuse "well since i didnt make a sale at the price and 'mistakenly' advertised it (again) at the price, Im in the clear.". He then changes his auction to $150 reserve which is STILL in violation of the terms. I dont fucking think so.

    So I need a nice scary C&D letter to send to his address /email... who has one I can use?

                  it hasnt reached a stage of damages (yet) where I care to use a real lawyer. I'd rather use scare tactics before hiring some big wigs.

                      Well if you want to be real cheap. Umm set up a fake page with lightspeed content on it, and copy what they send you.
