I am speaking of my concerns prior to the show so that they can be addressed before problems occur. As for the room...It's a personal preference and the last I checked...I was allowed that. It's not my fault that somebody did not get the conference room agreement on paper and the show was forced to relocate to another location. The Four Seasons is my FAVORITE place in BC to stay. Unfortunately they are not and would not be prepared for 300 porn people to come into their facilities, heck we had 35 and they nearly freaked out with the noise and general hilarity we created.
Crowne Plaza is from what I've seen a great place, and they are much more amenable to us. Especially given some of the things that have happened in the past at webmaster events.Comment

rather then go off at the mouth aaron which you do well ( I might add). Contract was done on paper months ago, not our fault that the good folks at the PP aren't organised enough not to double book ...
For special rates @ the Crown Plaza mention Can-Am Productions when ordering. this info is also mention clearly on the site www.webmastersummit.com/hotel.html
Hopefully we will have a travel agent online that can help everyone with they're travel arrangement at discounted rates should you be interested .. we're just waiting on the final details to make sure it's worth while for people to go with this service ...
