I sign up for Google Adwords twice on two completely different emails and never got a fucking email confirmation. Anyone have the same problem?

Finally used hotmail and it worked.. didnt ever get an email through to yahoo or my pop3 account. Anyway, once I setup a Google Adwords campaign and add a CC, how long does it take for traffic to get started? It says its active but nothing is happening.. and i am bidding enough to be #1 every time.Comment
