I hate to say it but I was wrong in another thread. Canada DID kick the USA's ass in the War of 1812. The Canadians took over Detroit and tried to invade New Orleans (until they got schooled by Andrew Jackson). The Brits defending Canada marched to Washington DC and burned the White House (which was not originally white, it was painted white to hide burn damage after the Brits torched it).
