Just dont make it a disney cruise. Took my wife, sister, and mom on one 2 weeks ago to nassau. Spent close to 6k when all was said and done. had an onboard drink tab over $400.00, everything pretty expensive. Went with disney because it was more of a family thing didnt want to go on one of those floating singles bars carnival has. I would say rent em a house on the beach for a week, get em some cheap airfare, and give the remaining cash to em for spending money. I hear key west is nice this time of year, and some good deals on beachfront there too.
