I know it is easy for me to say, but you seem to forget I made a living for many years in the UK. No "Bill of Rights" and an anti porn establishment. So don't think I do not know what you are talking about.
but every time we speak up for the guy trying to sell some person crapping on another person, or people clearly abusing, degrading another we put another arroew into the quiver of the anti pornographers.
Defend what is defendable and worthy of it. Not scumbags who have less morals than a snake and give less thought about "Freedom" than I do.

That's one way to look at it... but then American law generally doesn't work that way. It's not like the conservative religious crowds who are financing the anti-pornography business will be content the moment the "extreme" people are gone... quite the contrary, the "mainstream" stuff will just become the "extreme" stuff. Morals are highly, highly subjective. The way you feel about the extreme content.... that's how many Christian morality groups feel about YOUR content. You know how it works. Basically if we can make the "by consenting adults for consenting adults" the line in the sand then we're all safe to do legitimate business. Using morals and subjective values to determine what's legally okay and what's not legally okay...??? Why not just state what's legal and what's illegal so we can all stop playing the guessing game?Comment
