I have mostly UK traffic and a high payout dialer works great for me. ADS (see sig) more than doubled my dialer income and I was able to filter US traffic to a paysite - I use some ARS4Real paysites and some TopBucks (the TopBucks sites have sucked for the past few months so I will be changing them ).
