          I've been thinking about buying spots from Shemp too...and have talked to him about it. It sounds like a winning proposition, but I have lost so much money buying spots at other sites that I am gunshy as hell now.

                                                              if you are on a real paid host and actually make your own galleries, email me about getting a preferred submit account. I still have some room available for movie galleries too.

                                                              But dont just copy a sponsor gallery, that wont work.

                                                                  Did you buy some templates yet? Buy templates before you buy traffic. Good traffic on bad galleries isn't going to do much.

                                                                                  Hell man...that is the song of the day...The sponsors blame the traffic...the tgp blames the sponsors....everyone else says I have crappy galleries...but the bottom line is that I lose.

                                                                                  I really need to figure out which sponsors will convert before I spend any money on templates.

                                                                                      You have to have galleries listed every day of the week and in as many places as possible. That means 7 days a week, every week of the year.

You'll really see the difference in signups if you do have galleries posted 24-7-365. If you could spend money on 5 solid TGP's I'd definitly rank Shemp in the top 5.

                                                                                                                  I can't tell you what days this week are going to be good for sales, so you have to cover your ass and have galleries out everyday.
