I doubt it. Volume makes a difference sure, however I'm yet to
see anything on that page that comes even close to violating any
TOS.

saying "there is a door, to walk thru it you need credit card". Also

It's his job to get the surfer excited and send them to the
paysite. The paysite will have the exact amounts and trial lengths
on their join page. Why would he waste his traffic by telling them
the price on the first page??? That'd be crazy!
Any non-learning disabled surfer would know the score by the
time they've signed up. Chargebacks would be an indicator of this
and as we all know they can't get over 1-2% depending on the
zone.

Are you a surfer or a webmaster?
If you're a webmaster, give your surfers a nice big hug and send
them money for xmas.
This site takes the surfers hand and tells them exactly how to go
to a paysite and signup. Very elegant and to the point. In some
ways it's a bit of a more advanced type of marketing compared to
just inserting banners and the stuff you're probably used to.
Takes creativity, thought and knowledge of how people think.
Hope with fresh eyes in the morning you learn something from
this rather then being upset about nothing.
By learn from this I don't mean clone it either. These sites kicked
off when Napster was shutdown and people were looking for
alternatives.... You'd do better to be yet more original.
