Since when is it a designer's responsibility to police stolen content? And how do you know it's stolen? I didn't look that closely because I didn't think it was my place to "approve" of his site before designing for him.
If I see someone blatantly using pics I KNOW are stolen, I'll say something, but I'm not the APIC Mafia. I'm not going to go and spew accusations about people with no proof and for no reason, nor will I go looking for violations from everyone I design for.

I won't say she was looking for a quick buck, check out her work, it is HQ. And we just aren't able to know all questionable pics and if they are licensed to the site owners.This was an exception tho with their "disclaimer", you are right.
