    i finally find a way to bill Chinese!!(not dialer or SMS but CC and debit C!)

    i always use dialer to deal with those poor qulity traffic from China before, today when i was surfing i got this---they can bill Chinese from mainland China(P.R. China ) by using their own debit card and CC!(Chinese currency &HK dollar),if you have a partner there then you'll get what you want : cash flood from China.

    now i'm willing to work on my first paysite in Chinese

          i thought internet porn is illegal there.
          One can go to jail for $20 years for using his credit card for that
