    A losers thread

    At the moment we have on GFY one loser, theking, showing up another guy because he did not prove something he said.

    theking keeps telling us what he owns, does and did without a shred of proof.

    So when it comes to exposing losers you have to give him his due. Losing is something he knows a lot about.

    Shame is the loser thread got to 140+ posts.

    Post something about the Adult Internet and it gets lost in an hour.

    Is this a board where losers congregate or a place for businessmen to relax, learn and network?

                                      I don't want to expose that guy since he is nice to me, and good for him that he got that much, but those who buy sigs should check out the guys they buy the sigs from.
                                      I am not a player, my sig is not worth much, but at least i try to make my posts readable and reasonable...and I actually make some money in this biz.
                                      But i understand that those who buy sigs don't have the time to check out posts of every board character, so either they buy sigs from the top guys ( Aaron, Sleazy, KRL, Fletch ) or they buy some sigs in bulk and don't take a look at post quality, only post count.

                                                                                                                          It is 12:47 AM PST. I am finished with my work tonight/morning. As some of you may be aware I suffer with severe pain 24/7 because of a back injury. I usually self medicate with alcohol (which does not kill the pain but it does help to take my mind off of it)...but yesterday I had to use Morphine (I have a standing prescription for Vicodin and Morphine to be used at my descretion) as I helped my brother yesterday. He is remodeling my patio and landscaping my back yard and I had to pass plywood up to him for the new roof on the patio. I am not supposed to lift anything...nada...and I am supposed to be careful of my movement...as I can become paralyzed and lose the use of my legs. Well lesson learned...if he needs anymore help I will hire him a helper. Anyhow the pain is now pretty much back to normal levels so I am now drinking cold Buds...

                                                                                                                                          I don't know how many of you actually knew my father but I will tell you something about him.

                                                                                                                                          He served his country in the military for more than thirty years, from Korea to Vietnam.

                                                                                                                                          He was one of America's most decorated soldiers.

                                                                                                                                          He was nominated for the Congressional Medal of Honor, but was awarded the Distinquished Service Cross instead.

                                                                                                                                          He was awarded five Silver Stars, six Bronze Stars with V for valor, four Bronze stars without V for valor, and eight purple hearts.

                                                                                                                                          He was a big man, a strong man, and the best father a son could have. I respected him and loved him dearly.

                                                                                                                                          He left a rather extensive inheritence and a self sustaining foundation that will provide educational grants for the orphans of soldiers that died in battle.

                                                                                                                                          He requested that he be cremated and instead of being buried in Arlington he wanted his ashes spread in Korea, and I will abide by his wishes.

                                                                                                                                          To those of you that offered to contribute to my fathers foundation, thanks, but the foundation cannot legally accept contributions. I do not understand the legalities involved and I do not have any connection to the foundation. The head of the board is a retired Colonel, who was a very close friend of my father.

                                                                                                                                          Some of you have commented about my style of writing. My father taught me, when I was in grade school, to double space and to be as consise as possible, for reasons of clarity. In addition I spent eight years in the military myself (Army and Marines). And though I did not have a military career, I am almost as military in character as he was, because he raised us.

                                                                                                                                          Some of you do not like my form of grieving. I will repeat my father has had several strokes in the past few years and the doctor had told him that a major stroke was inevitable. He also taught all of us to try and control emotions, so his brood is a pretty tough group.

                                                                                                                                          After an autopsy is completed we will fly his body to his home town where he will be cremated and a select group of friends and family will attend a memorial service. At my first opportunity, I will keep his wishes and spread his ashes in Korea.

                                                                                                                                          I am employed by a Community College and school just recently started, so I probably will not go to Korea until mid-term break.

                                                                                                                                          Once again to all of those that have expressed condolences, I thank you.
