    Whats up with Russian Submitter?

    I can't seem to get http://www.russiansubmitter.com
    to come up..............anyone else having problems?
    They have been down since yesterday

      it's loading for me
      SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I also called my ISP and they said there is a problem with certain backbones not reaching certain destinations. It is a real mess right now.
