Man, no offence, but i wouldn't pay for you guys to design a site for me.

The asian kim, handjob, and diaper site tours tours don't have a members/join/tour link without scrolling, and i'm using 1024x768. At the very least, you should link every other image in the splash page to the join page. I've seen this used on many sites, and it's quite effective.

The Asian slum page only has a tiny text link to the join page on the first page of the tour. The surfer has to actual go to the second page of the tour before they're presented with a prominent join link.

The handjob site doesn't fit in 800x600, which is still a very common resolution. Your site has to look decent to as many surfers as possible. You've just cut out a massive chunk of people.

The gay explicit site does have tour links without scrolling, but no join link without scrolling. It would be so easy to just add a "Join Now" next to the "More Movies" and "More pictures" images.

The tranny site has no clear join link on the main page at all. Clicking the "Read More" text and the "See Movie" links takes the user to another page which in turn links to the join page. Why not link directly to the join page? You annoy the surfer by giving him a link which looks like it's leading to a sample movie, and then expect him to click through to a join page when he doesn't get what he wants? Those clicks should go right to the join page.

Basic understanding of marketing just tells me these sites are not going to convert very well, and conversions could be dramatically improved with some common sense. Just my 2 cents.

on those sites we did what people ask ,
and the kim site is new not live yet and the hand job as well ,
and yes the handjob need to fit and that will be done tomarrow
as for the tranny site and the other , you wouldnt belive how well it does and gets and keeps the members , that is all i can say
but thanks for your openness , and again we do what the person wants and ask for !
and you said about the scroll down , not to bash or any thing again i like openess , but ask people like escortbiz there sites are done the same and i know many others and they all are doing very well , SUREFERS are not that lazy to not want to scroll trust me
and on the kim site and the handjob site there is alot of mouse over links there as well ,

The sites (Xtazy's too) are designed for 1280x1024 (I'm in 1280 and they look perfect ) ....

But most of your purchasers are going to be in 800x600 and 1024x768 these days.

But big scrolling sites can convert really well if you do them right.

They are made for 800x600, you juts have to scroll. Personally I don't think he is promoting his stuff in a professional way by spamming all over the place, but I have to say he does a decent job.
