Off shore banking does not excuse you from paying taxes.

Tell you what, I'm in Chicago, I have researched it to no end, I'll give you the cliff notes, find a good financial analyst/accountant and explain to them what you are looking for. There are no c00kie-cutter one size fits all solution for an offshore bank, and incorporations. From the sounds of this post, you don't have the first idea what you are looking for, or hope to accomplish.

Do know that the IRS and the PATRIOT act have pretty much made getting an offshore bank account a royal pain in the ass.

If you are looking for something that you can avoid paying a good chunk of your taxes, you are looking at looking at spending easily $20K off the bat.

Unless you are moving millions of dollars of cash, you are better off just getting a Nevada or Delaware S corporation and buying everything and anything under the corporation. Your car, your insurance, etc. and paying taxes on that $25K salary "the company" YOU pay yourself.

Any site on the Internet that offers you $2500 to open an offshore corporation or bank account is stealing your money, fuck it, Paypal me $1000 and you can feel better, none of these companies will send corportate counsel for you when the IRS wants to audit you for the last seven years running. Good luck if these companies will include a registered agent in the price, or for that matter know what one is.

These scammers DO know that when someone gets ripped off, they more than likely won't go to law enforcement because of the embarassment, or suspicion of wanting an offshore bank account or offshore corporation in the first place.

Almost like going to the cops when your dealer shorts you on buying crack and you want their help.
