    ASUS A7N8X-DLX-Nforce2 Motherboard ?

    Anyone using one of these Asus A7N8x Deluxe motherboards?

    Got great reviews, and they are supposed to be the fullest featured board out, but I heard there are some compatibility issues with the advanced Nforce2 chipset and certain hardware and software components.

      I have one that I got from Newegg. It came highly recommended so I bought it. So far so good. I am using an AGP GeForce4 so I don't know about the onboard graphics having/causing any problems.

          What do you need it for?

          I got an Abit NF7-S rev2

          Best overclocking board out there, comes with a seriellel adapter for your IDE drive too.

          Im running Raid 0 on it right now, much luv to the Abit... though nforce2 is having issues with sound... =/

          If you want onboard sound, I'd stay away from the abit, on the basis that the onboard soundstream chip overheats real fuckin easy, unless you wanna put a heatsink on it, like Im about to do.

                  My main PC has an Asus board in it and I was just planning to upgrade to this new one.

                                  now if i can just solve the windows feeeeeezees, i'd be happy. i don't think it's the mainboard tho...
