I guess most programs have stuff like that in their agreements so that they don't have to pay somebody that frauds the shit out of them. However, some, like clickcash, use it as a tool to not pay people if they don't want to, and thus keep ALOT of extra money. I doubt they'd make the money they do if they were giving out 70 bux a signon for people getting the 1000+ signups per pay period. Thats more just to give out to a select few webmasters and to lure the rest in.
Also, I guess a lot are being dropped long before they get to the 70 dollar sign up range though. Who knows exactly when they decide to drop...Comment

Clickcash isn't perfect, but they are damn good. I've been pushing them for years using mildly targeted dating/amateur and doing okay. When I have a problem, I email. Just play by their rules. i never got a check for 3 whole months and it was because i forgot to fax the paper over once you sign up as an affiliate. day i faxed it over i recieved about 12 checks from them fedex the next day, they paid me without a problem was about 15,000$Comment

Oh yeah this is old news. We promoted them too years and years ago and never got a penny. They also own nightsurf.com, if you go to msn.com and put in any search for any porn their fucking website comes up. Hum maybe we should contact msn.com and tell them how much they owe us.

They've not bounced anything that I know of for a couple of years or so. However it was such a mess when they were bouncing shit everywhere that I wouldn't touch them again. Once bitten...
It certainly should never have taken bitching and scanned cheques on a BB almost 12 months later to get payment that I'd been after by e-mail etc for ages. Wasn't a lot of money really but the principle of it.
At the present time they seem sort of paypal like. Use them but be careful and on your own head be it. For everyone who's been around for a few years that's happy with them there's at least one that isn't. Forewarned and all that.Ignorance is never bliss.
