I have different MP3s in different folders named Loungin, Forplay and Fuckin
Stage 1 - Loungin or Mindsex can practically listen to anything that has a good beat it to get your body rythm going. some good Acid Jazz and Old School Hip Hop works for me
Stage 2 - Forplay gotta have Maxwell (first album is a must Urban Hang Suite), some Marvin Gaye, Barry White, Sade, also newer shit like Floetry "Say Yes", Genuwine "In Those Jeans", Dead Prez "Mind Sex" ... you get the idea
Stage 3 - Fuckin Hardore Hip Hop works for me. it usually shows that I mean bizness and I am about to tear some serious ass up. You can start slow with some dramatic muzic like Lost Boyz "René"
some Tela, MJG and EightBall, some down south shit with heavy basslines and wicked drum kicks both of ya can feel on the bed and the list goes on... make it better every day keep improving it.
