It won't have good productivity due to the lack of an overall feel. There is no continuous flow. The side tables end way before the list continues, there's too much separation and the fon't isn't easy on the eyes. Try a font that doesn't look so stock. It' gives it a feel that screams 1997. You also have to scroll down to see a list of galleries. That's not what TGP surfers look for. They want the bulk of the list without scrolling. The reason the larger sites can have so many ad's at the top is because they are established. Surfers have visited the sites for several years and they know where to go.
