Just curious. With all the 2millionth post hubbub it's kinda gone to the wayside.

we have a tropical storm warning in the Philadelphia area. there's been real heavy downpours but they've been sporadic, and it's been real windy... gusts up to 60. But overall, it's not that bad. No flooding or wind damage around here that I know of. It's supposed to get worse in the next hour throug the morning.

I'm in PA also. We're not supposed to get much rain, but the winds are gonna be heavy they say. At least heavy by our normal standards in this area. 50mph I believe. Nothing compared to what they felt along the coast and such, but with all the tall buildings and trees around here, it could get hairy.

          Ouch.

Don't wanna sound like a boyscout but don't take chances with this storm. Rain can be just as devestating as wind.

We were looking at houses in Nevada actually. But I don't think we'll move yet. I kinda like seeing the "seasons" come and go.

                Ouch.

more importantly, how will this effect the odds on any games in the area, or are there any?

yes, too lazy to look it up

That's soooo funny! I just read a news story about a dude who got interviewed by one of the big press groups who was at a football game! He said his wife was on the phone with him complaining that the lights were out and what not and they asked him why was he at the game instead of home! He didn't bat an eye and said in effect because the game was going!
