I know that pic looks funny to the average idiot
But when you look thru a night vision device during the day, you are supposed to leave the lenscap on. They have tiny holes in them to only allow a tiny amount of light thru, so that you can verify they are working.
But since most people dont know this, it makes Bush look stupid.. which is ok with me.
