You've asked me for advice in the past but this time I'm going to give you unsolicited advice.
In this industry you need to work through your problems with your vendors, suppliers and customers. You don't want the reputation of "the guy that will bitch about you the boards". If that guy is you some people won't do business with you because you'll bitch about them on the board if
you think they are wrong.
