About the winner.

We checked the logs, he did not make a local copy of the submit page. He just hitting back and reposted a bunch of times hoping they would go through. Totally legit.

The board's database was backlogged about an hour, so the winner actually posted a long time before the database updated with the info.

I think it was just wrong to do shit like lock the board with message like "Ready for a winner? Not Yet!" for several minutes at a time when people where trying to guess what time the winning post was going to be made

I didnt make a guess for what time it was going to be made, so dont bitch about me whining about it, it just seemed fucked up to me to do that.

so he got 2 posts in 4 secs.. thats pretty cool.. how did he manage that?

The logs are from the webserver. So he could have posted 2 within 4 seconds, but the board script probably blocked the last one because of the 35 sec limit.

Nothing fishy and no conspiracy.

hmm kinda strange cuz i made my list twice.....

and when i made the list it was on page 9 ... so could it be possible he edited his post ? and dont say it would show so and so edited his post ... because it always doesnt show that you edited it......
