Well I feel the need to get my stuff done fast and don't like to wait - time is money
I prefer programs where the owner who actually should have a clue about his program is avaible over the day and does answer ICQ messages or e-mails within 24h.
I don't think many actually need any reps they are just too lazy to do the work themselve
