I think that you are thinking about creating content that is condom only and then push it to the webmasters with a pitch like this.
"All models are 100% clean and condom protected!"
With that in mind, in all honesty I would have to say ya would be throwing the dice on it.
Sure some webmasters would buy it and try and make a stand no doubts there however long term once it is realised if infact the audience desires no condom then your project will go SOL.
So I would tell you as a professional that you would be wise to insure that you buy content from responsible producer's that take a stand on insuring there performers are tested and clean to the best of there knowledge and take a proactive stance in the policy of prevention.
