I'm thinking the 8 years you took French you never did too well? I have no clue what "Foux le camp" means, although "baisez-vous" is the closest associated with the english 'fuck you'. "baisez-vous" means "kiss it" basically, although you should try yelling out "I FUCK GOATS IN THE ASS" when standing in the middle of the street, I'm sure they will understand what you mean anyways. Give it a shout.
Even better, yell "GO FUCK YOURSELF".
